A live free online event on behalf of the Save Easthill campaign – Save the World One Field at a Time

Julian Hight is a local ancient tree specialist and shares his amazing knowledge about the trees and the biodiversity that they support.

Watch a short film about Easthill, Frome and get to know some of the veteran trees growing there. Discover how these huge giants are of environmental and historical value, learn facts about the oak, the sycamore and the lime tree that are not widely known, and delight in the landscape and wildlife of this precious field that is only a short walk from the centre of Frome.

After the film Julian and the Friends of Easthill Field will answer your questions about Easthill and its trees in  particular, and the importance of preserving veteran trees and this ancient type of landscape in general.
