The Frome Neighbourhood Network has existed for some time, helping to build connected, caring and resilient communities at the street and neighbourhood level. They are now planning to launch a Transition Streets project across Frome which will have a slightly different emphasis: caring, sharing, reducing carbon footprints and helping with the cost of living.
