SUMMARY:Sustainable Frome February Meeting: Wellbeing that is Sustainable
DESCRIPTION:There is so much information out there about what you need to do to stay well\, what you should eat\, how much you should exercise\, and so on.  But how about if we stopped listening to all those external instructions that confuse and bewilder us\, and in any case\, are probably not right for us as individuals\, and took a moment to ask our body itself what it actually needs?  Our mind and our body are often at odds.  The mind is more social\, wanting us to feel we fit in and are the same as those around us.  The body\, on the other hand\, is only concerned with itself and its needs\, and is a better reference point if we want to know what we really need at each moment. \n\nIn this short session on Wellbeing Terésa Hadland\, a local bodywork and movement therapist who is also a member of Wellbeing Frome\, will talk about the untapped intelligence of the body and lead you through a short exercise.  Be prepared for some surprises!
