XR have decided that ‘conventional campaigning has not been effective enough’ and so have moved up a gear to non violent direct action. BUT\, its vital that all the other actions continue as well. XR on its own could be written off as a few extremists\, and needs to be backed up by local practical actions\, letters to MPs etc. We need to be hitting them form all directions\, in as many different ways as possible. \nAs usual we will start with shared food at 7pm — please bring some veggie / vegan food to share if you would like to join in — then move on to notices and the main meeting from about 7.30pm
