DESCRIPTION:It is estimated that every household is hoarding 5 or more pieces of IT\, from old smartphones\, laptops\, PCs to tablets\, they’re sitting gathering dust\, but many are still viable pieces of tech which could be repurposed for someone who needs it. DonateIT\, supported by Frome Medical Practice (Health Connections team) and Frome Town Council\, are running a Tech Amnesty on Saturday 3rd December from 10am – 1pm in the car park of the Town Hall. They are asking residents and businesses to pop by with their unused tech so it can be repurposed to find a new home. \nMore details here

DESCRIPTION:You’re invited to a free evening of food and socialising\, open to anyone involved in Frome’s environment and climate groups: the Climate Action Group\, Sustainable Frome\, Future Shed\, Frome Families for the Future\, and Green Community Connectors. \nThe meet-up will offer a chance to relax and celebrate the achievements of the past 12 months\, and look forward to 2023 and how all our groups can work together on green projects. \nFrom the annual Seed Swap and Potato Day\, another successful Great Big Green Week\, to the creation of the Frome Textile Network\, the amazing work of the Wild Bunch in wilding gardens\, and a successful climate and health conference in Frome- there is a lot to celebrate and look back on over the past year.
