This workshop demystifies how to make everything we do regenerative, helping us to build resilience both within ourselves and in the circles we interact with. By understanding Nature’s pattern language of regeneration, we can apply that understanding to inform us when creating regenerative cultures within Extinction Rebellion, our lives, our workplaces and our communities.
